Start your morning right with this creamy, vegan vanilla oat milk smoothie.Ingredients (makes 2 servings):
• 2 frozen bananas
• 2 cups oat milk
• 2 tbsp rolled oats
• 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 tsp Natural Vanilla extract or paste
• ½ cup ice
• (Optional: 1-2 dates for extra sweetness)

Method:

Add all ingredients to your blender (start slow, finish strong).

Blend until silky smooth (2–3 min).

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Pour into your favourite glass and enjoy immediately.

Tips:
• For thicker texture, add more oats.
• Garnish with banana slices, berries or flax seeds for extra flair.
